HYDERABAD: Health minister T. Harish Rao called on doctors who are passing out this year to choose government hospitals to work. The minister emphasised the vital importance of nurturing doctors proficient in medical expertise and devoted to rendering exceptional medical care.

He was speaking at the graduation ceremony of Gandhi Medical College. "I earnestly desire the emergence of a generation of doctors who epitomise excellence in medical care. Your vocation holds the potential to ameliorate lives, and I implore you to embrace this responsibility wholeheartedly," Harish Rao said.

He appreciated the Gandhi Medical College for the progress in medical education and developing a robust healthcare system. The minister acknowledged the increase in the enrolment of women in medicine and said this shift signified an inclusive and progressive medical community.
