No Water Supply in Some Areas Tomorrow

Hyderabad: Drinking water supply to some places in the city will be interrupted for 24 hours from 5 am of December 13. The affected areas are Shastripuram, Bandlaguda, Bhojagutta, Shaikpet, parts of Jubilee Hills including  Filmnagar and Prashasannagar.

The supply will also be affected in  Lalapet, Sahebnagar, Autonagar, Saroornagar, Sainikpuri and Moulali. Gachibowli, Madhapur, Ayyappa Society, Kavuri Hills, Budvel, Boduppal, , Bharatnagar, Peerzadiguda  and Kismathpur are the other areas where the water supply will be disrupted for 24 hours.

According to Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB), the water supply is being halted to take up plug the leakage of drinking water at the Kodandapur pumping station.
