Supreme Court postpones Suneetha's petition for three weeks

ANANTAPUR: The Supreme Court on Monday postponed the petition filed by Dr N. Suneetha, challenging the Telangana High Court's order granting bail to Kadapa MP Y.S. Avinash Reddy in the Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy murder case.

The bench was informed that Suneetha's counsel, Siddharth Luthra, was not available as he was representing former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu in Vijayawada.

Suneetha's counsel requested the bench to postpone the hearing for three weeks, and the bench agreed.
