Rentokil PCI acquires Pest Busters

HYDERABAD: Rentokil PCI, a pest control and hygiene service provider, said it recently acquired the Vijayawada-headquartered Pest Busters which is known in the Telugu states for its pest control solutions.

“This strategic acquisition strengthens our position in the fast-growing Andhra Pradesh and Telangana markets," said David Lewis, managing director, of Rentokil PCI.

Said Rambabu Makineni, proprietor, of Pest Busters: “I am happy that we will be able to serve our customers better with the help of the innovations and technology that Rentokil PCI has.”

Rentokil PCI was formed in 2017 through a joint venture (between Pest Control India and Rentokil). It serves multinational pharmaceutical, industrial, and food production companies, shops, restaurants, residential premises, and others, a release said.
