Deputy CM Tours Rain-affected Villages on Motorbike

Visakhapatnam: Deputy Chief Minister Budi Muthyala Naidu visited farmers whose crops have got submerged under water in several villages of Madugula mandal on Thursday.

He inspected flooded paddy fields as well as brick kilns, chicken farms and damaged roads.

The Deputy CM informed the farmers that Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is making all arrangements to compensate the farmers for their loss. In the interim, he ordered authorities to provide immediate financial assistance to the affected farmers.

On the occasion, Budi Muthyala Naidu said “The government will stand by the farmers. CM YS. Jagan Mohan Reddy is making all arrangements to compensate the farmers.”

Muthyala Naidu was accompanied by zilla parishad CEO M. Polinaidu, mandal parishad vice president Thalapureddy Venkata Rajaram, deputy tehsildar P. Satyanarayana, irrigation assistant engineer Bhargav Kumar, and market committee chairman Sanapati Kondala Rao.
