Vellappally Natesan hurls abuses at ES Bijimol

Kottayam: SNDP Yogam general secretary Vellapally Natesan has turned his ire on  Peerumedu sitting MLA E.S. Bijimol  saying that she was mad and that if there were  no laws to protect women,  she would have been beaten to death and thrown into a ravine.

Mr Natesan was inaugurating  the loan disbursal of the yogam’s micro-finance project at the CSI parish hall at Mundakayam on Saturday. What angered Mr Natesan was the distribution of a notice among the public  by Ms Bijimol alleging irregularities in the micro-finance  scheme.   

Mr Natesan had triggered a controversy recently by referring to CPM leader  M.M. Mani  as ‘Karinkurangu’ (black  monkey) while speaking at Idukki on May 1.
