KADAPA: AP Tourism is launching for tourists one-day “Mana Kadapa” trips of historic places in YSR and Annamayya districts from September 10.

Announcing this on Tuesday, district collector Vijaya Ramaraju explained that an AC bus with 40 seats will pick up tourists in the morning from Haritha Hotel at Kadapa. It will take them over a 120-km long trip to Devuni Gadapa, historic Lord Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Pushpagiri Kamakshi, Vaidyanatheshwara Temple and Pennar riverbed.

Tourists can have darshan of Lord Kodanda Rama Swamy at Vontimitta temple in Annamayya district. After lunch break, they will be taken to Siddavatam Fort and brought back to Haritha Hotel in Kadapa at 5.30 p.m.

Tirumala Lord Venkateswara Swamy laddu prasadam will be offered to tourists, along with breakfast, lunch and snacks at Haritha Hotels run by the AP Tourism Department.

The collector said the concept has no profit motive. The bus charge per adult will be ₹500 and children will be charged ₹300. Tickets will be available at Haritha Hotel in Kadapa.
