CBI court reserves orders in YS Bhaskar Reddy's bail petition

Hyderabad: The CBI court here on Tuesday reserved the orders in the bail application filed by Y.S. Bhaskar Reddy, father of Kadapa YSRC MP Y.S. Avinash Reddy in the Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy murder case. The CBI had arrested Bhaskar Reddy who has been lodged in the Chanchalguda jail since April 16.

Stating that his health condition was critical, Bhaskar Reddy requested the court to grant him bail. Senior counsel Umamaheshwara Rao put forward arguments on behalf of Bhaskar Reddy.

The CBI objected to the request for bail. After hearing both sides, the court reserved orders and said that the decision will be pronounced on June 9.
