Revelry turns tragedy as 4 killed in Tadipathri mishap

 ANANTAPUR: Four persons were killed when the car they were travelling in hit a tree near Ravivenkatampalli in Tadipathri mandal, Anantapur district, on Saturday. The driver of the car was reportedly intoxicated.

Mohan Reddy of Tadipatri had taken his friends for a party on Friday night on his car. While returning to Tadipatri on Saturday morning, Mohan, who was driving, lost control of the car on a national highway and hit a tree.

Mohan, his friends Vishnu Chowdary, Naresh Reddy and Madhusagar Reddy died on the spot. Another friend Sreenivas Reddy suffered serious injuries and was shifted to a hospital in Tadipathri.

The bodies were shifted to the hospital for post mortem.
