Harish Rao to oversee K Chandrashekar Rao’s village forest

Mr Harish Rao said they are planning to develop the forest area and establish an oxygen park for the benefit of people in Chintamadaka village.

Hyderabad: Following the direction of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, Siddipet MLA T. Harish Rao has visited the CM’s native village Chintamadaka along with forest officers to look after the forest development works.

Mr Harish Rao said they are planning to develop the  forest area and establish an oxygen park for the benefit of  people in  Chintamadaka village.

During the recent visit to his native village, the Chief Minister directed the forest officials to increase the forest cover in the area.

Speaking to media persons, Mr Harish Rao said, “We are planning to establish a mini urban forest park. It will be a replica of Siddipet’s Smruthi Vanam. When famous personalities visit the park or when the villagers visit the park on their birthdays,  they can plant a sapling. It a social responsibility of every person to plant a sapling in his lifetime.”

The former irrigation minister further said that the development in  Chintamadaka village should be a role model for all the villages in the state.
