Kozhikode wins big in CBSE X std results

Many schools scored 100 percent pass and most schools have secured over 90 percentage results.

KOZHIKODE: Kozhikode region recorded one of the best results in the CBSE class 10 examinations. Many schools scored 100 percent pass  and most schools  have over 90 percentage. All the 93 candidates of  Silver Hills Public School passed, out of whom  51  scored A1 in all subjects. Devagiri CMI Public School  achieved 100 percent pass (AISSE- 2017 ) for the 8th consecutive year. Out of 144 students,  63 secured full A1.

Apex International School also secured 100 percent pass.  Out of  59 candidates, seven  secured A1 in all subjects.  Twenty-two candidates of  Mahlara Public School, Mavoor,  secured A1 for all subjects and eight bagged distinction. MES Raja Residential School, Kalanthode, achieved cent percent  results and 38 students secured full A1 and 65 passed with distinction out of 119 candidates. This is the 40th time the school secured  100 percent results.

MSS Public School, Mavilikkadavu, secured  100 percent pass and 32 students secured A1. Alphonsa Senior Secondary School, Thamarassery, secured 100 percent  pass  for the 17th  year in succession with all  students getting distinction. Out of  73 students,  28  got A1 (CGPA 10)  in all subjects and 42  got CGPA above 9. Malappuram district recorded  100 percent pass  in all its CBSE schools. Goodwill English School, Airport Senior Secondary School, Al Farook School, Amritha Vidyalayam, Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan and Silver Mount International School are among those which  secured the maximum number of A1 in all subjects.
