Trilight luxury apartment launched at Kokapet

HYDERABAD: Blue Oak Constructions and P. Mangatram Developers on Friday unveiled The Trilight, a luxury high-rise residential project, located at Kokapet. A host of dignitaries watched project directors Sanjay Gulabani, Amit Gulabani, Jakkireddy Sanjeeva Reddy and Jakkireddy Subhaskara Reddy unveil the project.

A statement said The Trilight luxury residences comprised three towers, 56, 46 and 49 floors tall, offering residents a world-class living experience with several amenities. The development features single-loaded corridors, providing residents with privacy and seclusion, it said. There are three club houses at different levels — White Gloves at ground to sixth floor, Up & Above at 14^th to 16^th floors, and Thousands of Stars at 47^{th and} 48^th floors.

Amenities like Infinity pool at the 47^th floor, a central courtyard —  Atrium of Life — from where a 360-degree view of the community is visible, state-of-the-art fitness centre, cabanas and lounge, golf simulator zone, tennis court, grand banquets, service rooms for guests, multiple terrace gardens and lounge area are available, it said.
