Our country does'nt cheer for its spots heroes from the stands: sometimes, it gives them a special salute. Think of it as a heartfelt "thank you" that goes beyond medals,trophies. Our armed forces, the brave heartswho protect our boarders have a tradition of recognising these incredible atheletes with honorary ranks. It's like saying, "You've shown the world what it means to stive for greatness and make India proud."
WHAT'S THIS "HONORARY RANK" ALL ABOUT?
Picture the Army, Navy, or Air Force giving a civilian, someone who hasn't actively served in the military, a symbolic position. It's a way of acknowledging their massive impact on our country, especially in areas like sports, art or helping others. They don't go to war or anything, but they get to wear the uniform on special occasions, a powerful symbol of thir connection to the nation's spirit.
