GRP Constable Suspended For Allegedly Molesting Woman On Train In UP
Action follows viral video; victim yet to file formal complaint

Prayagraj: A Government Railway Police (GRP) constable accused of molesting a female passenger on a train has been suspended, an officer said on Saturday.The suspension came after a video posted on social media purportedly showed a woman being molested by Constable Ashish Gupta, Superintendent of Police (GRP) Prashant Verma said.
The train was bound for Delhi coming from Prayagraj, he said. The woman is yet to make a formal complaint, the officer said.
