Hyderabad: The Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organizations – Telangana has announced a free employability-focused training programme for unemployed Commerce and Finance graduates, aimed at improving their chances of securing entry-level corporate jobs.

The programme is open to unemployed MBA (Finance) and M.Com graduates. Candidates currently pursuing professional courses such as CA or CMA are not eligible to apply.

According to the organisers, the training is designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations. It will focus on preparing participants for placements in IT/ITES companies, corporate service sectors, and CA firms.

The curriculum will cover practical and industry-relevant topics, including Corporate Accounting Basics, Business Communication Skills, Corporate Ethics and Workplace Readiness, and Interview and Job Readiness Orientation.

The training is scheduled to begin in the first week of January 2026 and will be conducted at Khairatabad in Hyderabad. The last date for applications is December 30, 2025. Interested candidates can register by contacting 9052372023.

The organisation said the initiative is part of its ongoing commitment to youth empowerment. It follows the success of an earlier Data Engineering programme, through which more than 100 students reportedly secured placements. With this new offering, the free training services are being extended to the Commerce and Finance community as part of its service-oriented education efforts.
