Andhra Pradesh School Education Department launches Mission March SSC-2027.

The mission is a comprehensive academic initiative aimed at securing a 100 per cent pass percentage in all government-managed schools across the state during the 2027 SSC Public Examinations.

School Education director A. Tameem Ansariya said the competency-based initiative has been introduced to build students' confidence and equip them to meet their future academic challenges. She said that the programme, which will be implemented from Monday, July 13, to November 30, has been designed in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023, and the Competency-Based Assessment Framework developed by PARAKH under NCERT.

As part of the initiative, all government schools will conduct a dedicated academic support session every working day from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., focusing on subject revision, competency-based learning, and daily slip tests to strengthen students' examination preparedness.

To support learning, the Board of Secondary Education will provide daily schedules, question banks, study material, and slip tests through the LEAP App and the official BSE (Board of Secondary Education) website.

The department has adopted a differentiated learning strategy, categorising students into Rising Stars, who will receive support to strengthen foundational learning and minimum competencies, and Shining Stars, who will be guided to develop higher-order thinking and advanced competencies.

Tameem Ansariya said teachers have been entrusted with the responsibility of continuously assessing students' progress, providing remedial coaching for slow learners, mentoring high-performing students, and maintaining systematic progress records. She further said that the headmasters and School Education Department officials will closely monitor the implementation of Mission March SSC-2027 to ensure that the endeavour is being effectively executed across schools.

School Education department has appealed to teachers, parents, and all education stakeholders to actively support the programme and help every Class X student achieve success in SSC Public Examinations – 2027.
