Pakistan Violates Ceasefire Along International Border in Jammu

Jammu: After repeated ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC), the Pakistan Army has now escalated tensions by targeting areas along the International Border. According to Defence sources, Pakistani forces opened fire last night in the Paragwal sector of Jammu, marking a significant shift in the pattern of ceasefire violations.

"Until yesterday morning, ceasefire violations were confined to the LoC. However, Pakistani troops have now extended the hostilities to the International Border," the sources said.

There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage. Security forces remain on high alert in the region.
