Cooperate With Investigation: AP High Court to Nara Lokesh

The Andhra Pradesh High Court disposed off the anticipatory bail petition filed by TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh on Friday in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road alignment scam case. Moreover, the court told Lokesh that he has to cooperate with the investigation in this case.

Nara Lokesh, who is A14 in the Inner Ring Road case, approached the High Court with anticipatory bail. To this extent arguments were made on the petition today.

Dhammalapati Srinivas argued on behalf of Lokesh, Advocate General Sriram on behalf of AP CID. In this order, the High Court ordered to give notices to Lokesh under CrPC 41A.

AG Sriram agreed to that, "We are acting according to the law. "Direct Lokesh to appear before the investigating officer," the AG asked the court. The court ordered Lokesh to cooperate with the investigation.
