Hyderabad: The SIT investigating the TSPSC question paper leakage scam has on Monday arrested four persons including three candidates — Vaditya Naresh, Mudavath Prashanth, and Bhukya Mahesh — appearing for AEE entrance, and a mediator Guguloth Sreenu, who supplied AC (Civil) question paper to eight candidates.

Ramesh, an electricity department official, who is reportedly under the custody of the SIT, has offered to help the three arrested candidates during the entrance. But not by supplying question papers to them. But the candidates were supplied with bluetooth earpieces while appearing for the test.

Ramesh had earlier struck a deal with an examiner, who would share the question paper with thim after the commencement of the examination. Ramesh with the help of his technical team would source the answers using ChatGPT and then call the candidates and dictate the answers.

SIT found that the earpieces were very minute and not visible to the naked eye. The three candidates had also struck a deal of Rs 20 lakh each with Ramesh for helping them in the examination.

Ramesh had also supplied DAO question paper to three candidates and made a deal of around Rs 30 lakh with each candidate.
