Hyderabad: Former Minister Konathala Ramakrishna on Saturday moved the Hyderabad High Court questioning the Centre rolling back on Rs 350 crore that was released on February 9, 2018 as ‘Special Assistance’ for the Planning Schemes 2017-18 to Andhra Pradesh, saying it was against Section 46(2) and 46(3) of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act 2014.
