Patel and non appointment of judges to the Karnataka HC, which has now reduced to a strength of 25 judges as against the sanctioned 62, the Karnataka State Bar Council on Wednesday has asked its members and various bar associations across the state to abstain from court proceedings on October 4 as a mark of protest.
