Chandrababu Naidu urged to clear tenth PRC arrears

Vijayawada: Various employees associations under the leadership of APNGOs’ president Ashok Babu met Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and requested him to clear the arrears of the 10th Pay Revision Committee.

The employees also appealed Mr Naidu to constitute the 11th PRC and appoint a commissioner. They further reminded the him about the pending DA for two terms for January and July respectively.

According to the CMO, the employees requested payment of dues from June 2, 2014 to March 31, 2015, amounting to Rs 5,000 crore for which the Chief Minister had reacted positively. Mr Naidu assured that he would discuss with the finance department on clearing pending dues and DAs and formulation of the 11th PRC.

Mr Naidu also assured the employees that salaries would be hiked and they would get more than what the Central government employees are getting but only after the state has sufficient funds.
