Kottayam: Sister Anupama, the dissident nun of the Missionaries of Jesus congregation, has alleged that there were moves to sabotage therape case against Bishop Franco Mulakkal.
She alleged that the errors that occurred in the DVD which was handed over to the investigating officer of the case by the forensic sciences laboratory in Thiruvananthapuram had evoked suspicion.
She added that they will complain against the laboratory if the original evidence was not handed over. The error occurred while the conversation between Bishop Franco and Sr Anupama and other evidence were recorded in the DVD. The DVD handed over to the court has three folders, whereas the one given to the police has only two.Sr Anupama alleged the move not to hand over the entire evidence was intended to sabotage the case.
