Hyderabad: PD act invoked against repeat offender

Hyderabad: The Commissioner of police, Rachakonda, Mahesh Bhagwat invoked PD act on a notorious rowdy sheeter on Thursday. The man was identified as Khaja Bilal Ahmed. The accused allegedly bored a grudge on a person named Syed Aqeel because he married the ex-wife of the accused and kidnapped him and stabbed him to death in June. Abdullapurmet police arrested the accused in July .
