World experts invited to study Ganga woes

The National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG), which is the nodal body for the project, is thinking of carrying out “in-situ bioremediation†of drains that empty into the Ganga.

New Delhi: In an attempt to make its ambitious Clean Ganga mission a success, the Centre has invited firms and scientists from across the globe with technological expertise in cleaning drains before they empty into rivers to  demonstrate how they deal with the problem.
