VIJAYAWADA: Vijayawada West MLA Sk. Jaleel Khan invited a fresh controversy by stating that Congress Rajya Sabha member K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao, YSRC Rajya Sabha member Vijay Sai Reddy and former minister Botsa Satyanarayana should be handed over to the police to elicit the truth related to corruption issues.

After assuming charge as State Wakf Board chairman here on Monday, Mr Jaleel Khan criticised Congress and YSRC leaders. He told the CBI that he would provide the history of all the leaders like Botsa Satyanarayana, in case they approached him. “Once Vijay Sai Reddy and K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao are given police treatment at one town Police Station, everything will be in order. All facts will come out,” Mr Jaleel Khan said.  He questioned as to what moral right both K.V.P. and Vijay Sai have to find fault with Chandrababu Naidu. The West MLA also questioned the YSRC chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy as to why he gave up his promise of fielding a Muslim candidate, for Rajya Sabha. “During Nandyal poll campaign, Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy tried to lure the Muslim voters by stating that  he would send a Muslim to Rajya Sabha, next time,” Mr Jaleel Khan said. He also found fault with Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy, for not criticising the Modi government, at least once, during his 100 day padayatra.
