Six police sniffer dogs pass out after completing detective training in Coimbatore

These dogs have been undergoing training for various activities for the past six months.

Coimbatore: Six dogs of a training centre passed out in Coimbatore after completion of a detective training programme on Wednesday.

These dogs were undergoing training to spot explosives, narcotics, bombs, drugs, and track for the past six months.

The canines were sent to various districts across Tamil Nadu for detective exercise operations.

"All the six dogs were given away with detective training certificates by the city police commissioner", said in-charge of police detective dogs training centre Coimbatore.
