Hyderabadi dies in accident, family to travel to U.S.
According to the police, two people died including Syed Waseem Ali, and a woman in the road crash.
Hyderabad: A 27-year-old man, Syed Waseem, from Hyderabad died in a road accident in San Francisco, in United States. The family members have requested Dr S. Jaishankar, Union minister for external affairs, for necessary help for them to travel to the US to perform the last rites.
According to the police, two people died including Syed Waseem Ali, and a woman in the road crash.
Another woman sustained injuries during the crash at around 1.15 am local time at Third Street and Paul Avenue in San Francisco.
Syed Waseem Ali was from Dabeerpura, Old City, and used to reside at Walnut Ave, Fremont in the US State of California.
According to an eye-witness, Syed Waseem Ali was driving correctly but suddenly a speeding car rammed his car. He died on the spot and the woman who sustained injuries in the accident, died on the way to hospital. The second woman escaped with minor injuries.
