Now, pre-book Hyderabad Metro tickets for 20 stations

QR-based e-tickets available on multiple apps.

Starting this week, commuters will be able to book tickets at 20 stations, including Nagole, Uppal, Tarnaka, Secunderabad, Ameerpet, Durgam Cheruvu, Raidurg, JNTU, KPHB, Kukatpally, Dilsukhnagar and LB Nagar, among others.

Hyderabad: Metro Rail passengers can now pre-book their tickets on MakeMyTrip GoIbibo, PhonePe, PayTM and ‘T-Savari’ applications in 20 of the 49 stations on the network.

Starting this week, commuters will be able to book tickets at 20 stations, including Nagole, Uppal, Tarnaka, Secunderabad, Ameerpet, Durgam Cheruvu, Raidurg, JNTU, KPHB, Kukatpally, Dilsukhnagar and LB Nagar, among others.

The feature will be rolled out across all 49 stations by January-end. Commuters will be able to book ‘single and return journey ticket’. In subsequent phases, trip pass and store value pass can also be booked through MakeMyTrip’s website an app.

The feature, embedded with a Quick Response (QR) code will allow people to pre-book two different types of tickets; single and return journey ticket for single or two-way journey.
