Hyderabad: Woman, children go missing from Chaitanya school

Hyderabad: A 32-year-old housewife and her three children went missing in Alwal. They victims were identified as Swarna, her sons Akilesh, 14, Shivasai, 11, and daughter Alakiya, 6.

According to police, the missing persons are residents of Alwal Hills under the Alwal police station limits.

On Wednesday, the three kids went to Chaitanya school in the neighborhood. In the evening, their mother Swarna, went to pick them.

Later in the evening, her husband Srinivas returned home from work and found  that all four of them were not at home. He inquired with their neighbours and searched in the surroundings and came to know that they had not returned home from school. Srinivas  then approached the police.

Police registered a case of woman missing and children missing and formed special teams to trace them.

“Teams have been sent the children’s  maternal parent’s house and the woman’s relatives are also being questioned to know their whereabouts,”  the Alwal police said.
