Hyderabad: IIT Hyderabad Faculty and students have built a website which live streams the tweets related to Kerala floods containing information regarding places and contacts where resources are needed or are available.

A data science group at IIT Hyderabad led by Dr Srijith P.K. and Dr Maunendra Desarkar, working on Social Network Analysis, are using their expertise in this field to extract information regarding need and availability of various resources for the flood-ravaged state.
