Supreme Court judge seeks Company Law tribunal in Telangana

He said that the constitution of appellate tribunals will reduce the burden on High Courts.

Hyderabad: Justice N.V. Ramana of the Supreme Court on Thursday stressed the need to have a bench of the National Company Law Tribunal at Hyderabad.
Inaugurating the National Company Law Tribunal Advocates Association here, Justice Ramana suggested that the association members move the Centre for setting up the bench in Hyderabad.

He said that the constitution of appellate tribunals will reduce the burden on High Courts.

Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan of the Hyderabad High Court and judges of the High Court National Company Law Tribunal judicial member V Rajeswara Rao and others were present at the function.
