Cyclone Ockhi: 2 more bodies found in Kerala

The body in Kannur was found by the rescue fishermen team who set off from Beypore.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Two more bodies of fishermen were retrieved from sea taking the death toll in Ockhi disaster to 74.  One body was found off Androth island in Lakshadweep and the second off Ezhimala coast in Kannur. The body in Kannur was found by the rescue fishermen team who set off from Beypore. 

According to state control room here, the number of missing fishermen stood at 131 as on Thursday.  Across the state 44 bodies are yet to be identified.   Meanwhile MPs from Kerala called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking liberal help for the ockhi victims relief and rehabilitation package.
