Hyderabad drug racket: Mumaith Khan to appear before SIT on July 27

Hyderabad: Mumaith Khan, the popular actress for item songs in Tollywood, will appear before the Special Investigation Team probing into the drugs case on July 27. 

The SIT had last week issued notices under Section 67 of NDPS Act to 12 Tollywood personalities, including Charmy and Mumaith Khan, and Ms. Khan was expected to appear before the SIT on Friday, but there had been a delay in serving the notice as the authorities did not seem to have the actor’s city address. On Friday, officials brought P. Subbaraju for questioning. 

Director of Enforcement Dr. Akun Sabharwal said film star Tarun Kumar would be questioned on Saturday.
