Hyderabad: Police martyrs to be honoured at ceremony

Hyderabad: Police commemoration day will be observed on October 21. As many as 17 police personnel who sacrificed their lives will be honoured. A blood donation camp will also be organised by the Red Cross and 500 officers are expected to donate.

The families of martyrs will be honoured with financial assistance. Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda Mahesh Bhagwat IPS said, “They have sacrificed their lives for our tomorrow. So we should honour them.”
