Kozhikode: Centre, NORKA join against job frauds

The move is in the wake of widespread incidents of unauthorised recruitment, fake visa fraud and cheating by promising jobs.

Kozhikode: In order to curb job frauds and ensure safe and legal migration, Union External Affairs Ministry and NORKA will convene a meeting on August 29 and August  30 in Thiruvananthapuram,a  press release said. The move is in the wake of widespread incidents of unauthorised recruitment, fake visa fraud and  cheating by promising jobs.

Apart from officials of the union ministry, representatives of NORKA, home department, Foreigner Regional Registration Office, regional passport office, Thiruvananthapuram and various job consultancy services will participate in the meeting.
