Andhra Pradesh Police are among the top in the country and can face any situation, says Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Kurnool: AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu addressed Christian religious leaders, mostly comprising pastors, at a Housing Board Colony in Nandyal on Saturday and appealed to them to bless TD candidate Bhuma Bramhanand Reddy.

Appealing to pastors for votes on the basis of religion would amount to “mixing religion with State power”, said a YSRC spokesperson. Mr Naidu violated the Representation of Peoples Act, 1951, said Mr K.J. Rao, adviser to Election Commission.
