Kakinada: With the AP Eamcet counselling for engineering students to be held on June 24, qualified students can opt for their web options from June 26.
According to the sources, around 1.37 lakh students have qualified in the engineering line, while another 68,512 students qualified in Agriculture and Medical examination.
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education will conduct the counseling for allotting seats to the qualified engineering stream students in colleges across the state. However, some of the students may skip counselling as they are not giving importance much importance to the engineering stream.
Rather, they are opting other courses as many of the engineering graduates are jobless and they are striving hard for getting jobs. Even their salaries are quite low.
