PM committed in providing 10 lakh jobs, says Kishan Reddy

HYDERABAD: Union minister G. Kishan Reddy stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is committed to providing 10 lakh jobs in the next 10 months, and that the BJP government at the Centre has already filled 3.6 lakh jobs, whereas the BRS government has failed to fulfill its promise of creating jobs for the youth in the state.

The PM along with Kishan Reddy virtually inaugurated the Rozgar Mela on Tuesday at the Swamy Vivekananda Institute of Technology (SVIT) auditorium in the city, where appointment letters were distributed to 71,000 candidates who secured jobs in various government departments across the country. Kishan Reddy, speaking at the SVIT auditorium, encouraged the youth to seize every opportunity presented and contribute to the country's development.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be open and fair in the recruitment process. The next 25 years would be incredibly important for the country. Despite various challenges in the recent past, the country is progressing, he said. “India is on the path to become Vishwa Guru (global leader) by 2047 under the leadership of Modiji,” he remarked.

Referring to the PM’s visit to Bharat Biotech during the Covid-19 outbreak, the Union minister stated that the vaccines were developed quickly as a result of his efforts. He also emphasised the tremendous rise of the country's mobile phone industry, which has now become a global supplier.

Meanwhile, Kishan Reddy claimed that the movie "The Kerala Story," which he and other BJP leaders saw on Tuesday at the Shanthi theatre in Narayanaguda, was based on real incidents and that it vividly showed how girls, particularly in Kerala, were forcibly converted, taken abroad, and turned into terrorists. Some states have unnecessarily banned the film, and the state governments should reconsider the ban and allow screenings, he said.
