Hyderabad: RTA slot booking allows no date shift

Hyderabad: With all RTA services going online, motorists say there is no online facility for re-modification of booked slots. If a motorist books a slot but does not turn up, the slot cannot be changed to a later date. Motorist lose the service charge paid while booking a slot.

The charges range from Rs 5 to Rs 200 depending upon the category of service. “It may happen due to unavoidable circumstances but there is no provision forchange,” said a motorist.
