AP school staffer turns a pervert

NANDYAL: In a bizarre incident, a computer operator of a school in Nandyal allegedly measured penises of boys studying in Class IX and X with a scale. Nandyal DSP Chidananda Reddy said that a case has been registered under POCSO Act against Charan, the computer operator of Nava Chaitanya School. Charan had been working with the school for six months. He was stated to be a friend of Yashwant, chairman of the school. Yashwant’s father Hanamantha Rao is the school’s correspondent.

Town circle inspector Subrama-niam said special classes were being conducted opposite the school at the residence of the school chairman on the request of parents. Charan asked four of the male students at the special classes to undress and measured their penises with a scale. It is alleged the accused used his mobile phone to videograph the naked students.

Charan has been booked for deviant behaviour and remanded to custody. He is also accused of passing lewd comments against girl students of the school.
