Member of Legislative Council T A Sarawana and Rajya Sabha member Kupendra Reddy would head teams to tour Bengaluru district. Local JD(S) legislators would join these teams when they visit their respective districts, he added.

He said the party took a decision to appoint ten joint secretaries, ten secretaries, three vice-presidents, a senior vice-president, a treasurer and an honorary president, before December 24.

A convention of dalit women and backward classes would be held in January. Constituency-level meetings of all 28 Assembly constituencies would be held on December 17 and 18, Belagavi, Vijayapura and Ballari districts from December 19 to 23.
