Hyderabad: A series of protests rocked the TS Public Service Commission office at Nampally on Tuesday following the leak of the assistant engineer recruitment exam question paper leak.

Scores of workers from different parties and organisations broke the security cordon and jumped into the commission premises. The board at the entrance was damaged, forcing the police, who were outnumbered, to bring in reinforcements.

The protesters were demanding the resignation of the Chairman and secretary of the commission and strict action against those involved.

Around 25 protesters were taken into preventive custody and shifted to the Begum Bazaar police station.
