New Delhi: BJP MP Subramanian Swamy on Wednesday advised the government to "cautiously assess" a UN tribunal ruling on the row in the South China Sea, saying tomorrow such a tribunal can sit on Jammu and Kashmir.

India is "carefully studying" the verdict by an UN-backed tribunal which today ruled that China has no legal basis to claim "historic rights" to islands in South China Sea, the Ministry of External Affairs had said in a statement.
