Nizamabad: Nizamabad TRS candidate Kalvakuntla Kavitha faced questions from some women voters regarding the delay in building two-bedroom houses and paying social welfare pensions.

After casting her vote, Ms Kavitha visited Bodhan Assembly constituency to observe the polling trend.

A group of women in the queue at a booth at Renjal mandal headquarters town questioned her over delay in 2BHK houses.

They said that they were unable to get pensions. “How can we lead our life with small children without any support from the government,” one of them asked.

Ms Kavitha tried to convince them that the government was working on 2 BHK houses.

She then left the polling station under police escort and visited various polling stations in Nizamabad district without incident.
