A different Italian court ruled that improper, long-term use of a company-issued cell phone caused an employee's non-cancerous brain tumour.

RAICHUR: One mortifying moment caught on camera could cost minister for primary and secondary education, Tanveer Sait, his post, and leave leaders of the ruling Congress red-faced, as the neta was caught on camera flipping through sleazy videos on his cell phone at a public function here on Thursday.

Mr Sait was allegedly caught glancing at these videos when the cameraman of a private news channel zoomed in on the minister’s cell phone. In his capacity as the district in-charge minister, Mr Sait was sharing the dais with member of Parliament B.V. Naik, former legislator Syed Yasin and government officials at Tipu Jayanti celebrations organised jointly by the zilla panchayat, city muncipal council and department of Kannada and Culture.

The unsavory incident occurred soon after Mr Sait’s speech on the ruler of Mysore. As Dr Arun Jolad Kondali of Hampi University began to speak, the minister picked up his cell phone and was caught flipping through the videos.

The minister's act of indiscretion was a godsend for Opposition leaders, in particular, BJP leaders who staged protests against Tipu Jayanti celebrations. They demanded Mr Sait's resignation on grounds that he has brought disrepute to the education department.

"He should own moral responsibility and resign immediately," said leader of Opposition in the Assembly, Jagadish Shettar. In 2012, three BJP ministers - Lakshman Savadi, C C Patil and Krishna Palemar-quit their posts after they were caught watching a porn clip on a cell phone in the Legislative Assembly.
