C V Anand, the new director of National Industrial Safety Academy

According to orders issued on Monday, Anand will continue to hold additional charge of IG, Airport Sector II

Hyderabad: Senior Telangana cadre IPS officer C.V. Anand, who is on deputation with the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), has been posted as Director of the National Industrial Security Academy (NISA), Hyderabad.

Anand was working as IG, Airport Sector II headquarters, Bengaluru. He replaces Anjana Sinha, an IPS officer of 1990 batch of Andhra Pradesh cadre, who is also on deputation with the CISF.

According to orders issued on Monday, Anand will continue to hold additional charge of IG, Airport Sector II. An IPS officer of 1991 batch, Anand left for central deputation in February 2018.

On her transfer from NISA, Anjana Sinha has been posted to the southern sector headquarters in Chennai. So far, Anand had been holding additional charge of the southern sector headquarters.
