Hyderabad: Man hurt in mishap had helmet on tank

Hyderabad: A 23-year-old Indigo Airlines employee was injured when he banged his bike into the rear of a car at Shamshabad on Wednesday morning.

RGI Airport sub-inspector S Venkateshwarlu said that G Aneesh Reddy, 23, an employee of Indigo Airlines working at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport was heading for work when he rammed into the car. He fell at a distance and had a head injury. Passersby informed the police and Reddy was taken to Apollo Hospital at the airport for treatment.

“The health condition of Aneesh is currently critical. He was carrying a helmet with him but it appeared that he did not wear it. A case has been registered and investigation is on to identify another vehicle involved in the accident,” said SI Venkateshwarlu.
