2 Telangana TD MLAs seek recognition as TD legislators

Hyderabad: TS TD MLAs Maganti Gopinath and Arikepudi Gandhi have created a history of sorts by writing to the Speaker asking him to recognise them as TRSLP members, even before they have formally joined the party.

Earlier, TDLP leader E. Dayakar Rao had written to the Speaker seeking merger of the TDLP into the TRSLP.  According to sources, the new letter, signed by the 12 TD MLAs, seeks merger of the TDLP into the TRS.
