Railway Board to extend 4 MMTS services from today

This follows the extension of the railway line between Telapur and Ramachandrapuram and its certification.

Hyderabad: Four MMTS services will be extended to Ramachandrapuram from June 9, following approval from the Railway Board.

This follows the extension of the railway line between Telapur and Ramachandrapuram and its certification.

 The MMTS services reaching Ramachand-rapuram are numbers 47220 (to and fro), 47126 and 47123. There would be no change in the timing of trains between Lingampalli-Falaknuma and Hyderabad-Lingam-palli whose services will be extended.

The move can be considered as the beginning of the second phase of the MMTS project. The rest of the lines will also be operational soon.
